Measure the room dimensions and mark the track path on the ceiling according to the floor plan.

Secure the LEX-TS Wall Bracket to the wall at the starting point. High strength bearing up to 100KG.

Install the LEX-TS Adjustable Suspension Rods to the ceiling at intervals to support 50KG per rod.

Insert the LEX-TS Cubicle Track into the brackets. Use connectors to join track sections.

Slide the LEX-TS 360° Rollers into the track. Secure ends with a LEX-TS End Cap.

Verify all connections are tightened and track is level. Test curtain movement for smooth glide.

Identify and mark the exact track alignment on the ceiling based on approved layout drawings. Ensure positioning allows full curtain movement and adequate clearance from walls and obstacles.

Mark the bracket level using a laser level or levelling instrument. Drill holes into the structural ceiling slab. Insert suitable anchors (expansion bolts or approved fasteners) and secure the bracket tightly to ensure stability.

Lift and position the curtain track onto the installed brackets. Secure the track using screws or clip-in locking mechanism provided. For multiple track sections, align properly and connect using joint connectors. Ensure track is straight, level, and firmly fixed.

Insert curtain carriers/rollers into the track channel. Install end caps at both ends of the track. Fix curtain hooks to carriers.

Check all brackets, fasteners, and connections are secure. Confirm system stability and alignment.
